Terms & Conditions

Dear customers!

Eagles Victoria kindly asks you to pay your attention to following conditions:


The most important general terms

  • We guarantee that all our items are original and belong to the marked historical age. 
  • Our business is fair and honest and we hope your principals are the same.
  • Items belong to the 1933-1945 period and the Third Reich allowed to be used only for collecting purposes.  Any kinds of propaganda related to these objects are strictly forbidden.
  • We do not sell our items to customers under 18 years old. 
  • We do not polish, clean or fix items, their selling condition is natural.
  • Delivery is made by TNT Express or Finnish Post.
  • We are processing orders according to its arrival, but promise to answer your request not later than three days after we receive a request.  
  • The customer is able to return a bought item within 14 days since receiving moment without explanation of reason (shipping and insurance payment is on your behalf).
  • The returned item must be in the same condition as it was delivered. 
  • Refunds are making only after we receive returned item back. 
  • We receive payment by credit cards and by direct transfer to our bank account. We also receive layaway payment
  • Normally we ship orders in 1-3 days since receiving a payment. The shipping cost depends on destination, weight and size of the box. 


  • For making an order customer is required to provide valid address, e-mail, name and valid phone number.
  • Customer has to accept current terms of service.
  • All customers’ information is strictly confidential. Eagles Victoria will not provide this information to anyone. 
  • In case you have any questions about the item’s condition – our customer services are happy to give you a consultation during office hours.
  • If the item has any obvious defects that are shown in the pictures and marked in the description, Eagles Victoria takes no responsibility. 
  • You may always ask for additional pictures via e-mail info@eaglesvictoria.com if pictures that we have on the web-site is not enough for making decision. Do not forget to mark the item's code. 



  • Normally Eagles Victoria sends items in 1 to 3 days since receiving the payment, holidays and other reasons might delay the process. 
  • All our shipping are insured and we'll send you a tracking number via e-mail once we send the item. 
  • Please, if the box or item is damaged, take the photo and contact us. 

Terms of payment

  • Payment can be done by credit cards, PayPal, American Express or direct payment to our bank account.
  • Payment process requires registration to the web site.
  • We accept bank transfers from any banks. 
  • The customer should pay all related fees according to the bank’s transfer conditions. 
  • Victoria Eagles does not take responsibility for taxes and customs fee set by customer’s country.  
  • Layaway payment is possible according to following rules.
  • If you hold out an item you should pay the invoice not later than in three working days since moment of receiving. Otherwise you order will be cancelled and the item goes back to the store. Please inform us that you made a payment and we'll check our bank account as soon as possible. 

Returning policy

  • Please contact us before you send the item back.
  • Returning is possible within 14 days since receiving moment.
  • After this limit is expired, the returning is not possible.
  • If you send the item back, remember to protect the items properly. If the item is damaged the refund might be made partly after we expertise the item's damage.
  • Please provide following information in your shipping with the item: your order number, name and bank account for making refund process faster and easier.  You can also send this information via e-mail.
  • If you send any item back, keep the tracking number or shipping receipt till we receive the item. Please do not forget to send us the tracking number.
  • The customer should pay the shipping and insurance price in case of returning.
  • Refund (100%) is making after we receive and check the item.
