The document is signed by Johann Habben, police chief of Hanover. Habben was not party’s member by himself but he repeatedly warned Hannover Nazis about police raids and other governmental actions against SA and SS parties. Foundation of one of the first Third Reich’s concentration camps in Moringen is also assigned to Johann Habben. Size: 210x145 mm.
