The handle is made of metal, well saved and has some marks of red paint at the obverse. The crossguard is straight at one side and shaped like a loop at another, marked with number 982. The blade is covered with age and oxidation marks, marked at the heel with crown stamp. The scabbard is marked with nu,ber 982 matching with crossguard number both at mounting and ending. The scabbard shows some patination and oxidation marks though its surface is intact. The leather frog is well saved with quite a few age marks at the obverse and fixed with three screws at each side. Full length: 330 mm, blade length: 210 mm.
